Our prenatal meetings will be completely customized to meet your individual needs so that you feel prepared and empowered before your birth. We might focus on education and the stages of labor, sensory and aroma supports, positions with your partner, your packing list, postpartum prep, and more.

At you’re birth, I will be by your side to provide emotional and physical support. I will potentially join you at home beforehand to ease the transition to the hospital. Once there, I’m ready with whatever comfort measures or techniques might feel good to you in that moment. I will also stay 1-2 hours after birth to support as needed.

Following your birth, I will be there to provide deep listening and compassionate, affirming care as you navigate this next stage of your life. I’m there to check in and see how the new family is doing.

I am currently offering my doula services on a sliding scale. My current rate starts at $1000 with tiered options available to individuals. Learn more about the sliding scale below.
